General impressions:
I decided to add my comment as I think that many people tried to find any remark on this car, but there in nothing from reality it in the Internet about this car. I purchased it at USS auction in Tokyo, I selected it myself from the Internet, ordered delivery in a container from Japan to UK. I saw many questions in the Internet about the customs formalities. As I was limited in money, I had to take year 99, mark R (right fender and hood replaced), interior mark Ñ ("bad"), run 51000 km, which reduced its price, but even considering this. The price comprised USD14500 in Japan + delivery + customs + other expenses.
The feeling of possession.....if it were possible to use foul language here – I would have done it!!!! This is, say, indescribable!!!! If you add gas at the time of shifting , it screams in the wheels up to the 3 gear... I’m not talking of its steer-ability! This is a super car, of minuses I would call fuel consumption....I don’t know what is better, Daewoo Matiz with 8-liter consumption or this car with 20liter..;))) and then, gasoline is not rationed yet.
I bought various goodies at once; 18-inch wheels HP Design (see picture) from the US. In Moscow they are priced at 500 dollars a piece!!! Since I did it all with my own hands it cost me cheaper ;)))) I purchased headlamps, as I don’t like opening lamps...bought rear lamps, carbon bumpers, etc. (all these can be observed at www.turbo-rx7.narod.ru ).
Well, back to the car. I have not serviced it yet, still enjoying.....with time available, I will write later.... About driving – it’s very pleasant that the engine runs to 9 thousand....in general, this is super...
